Light commercial split systems offer a wide range of indoor units, including 2 sizes of 4-way cassette, 2-way cassette, ducted, floor/ceiling convertible, console and wall-mounted. With a wide range of designs they are suitable for different business applications including restaurants, shops, offices, building restoration or conversion projects and more besides.

Our commercial HVAC systems offer multiple options for different business needs, with capacities up to 20kW and the ability to connect up to 4 indoor units to a single outdoor unit with our Utopia Prime series.
Choice of controls for Commercial Split Systems
Choose from an individual wall-mounted control which enables simultaneous control of the system across all zones or rooms or, with Utopia Prime series, use our airCloud Pro software for remote management. If the system is part of a larger installation including a separate VRF system, it can also be controlled via H-LINK wiring from a centralized controller, enabling integrated control together with the VRF system.
Connect your commercial split system to an adjacent VRF system
With H-LINK wiring and a PRIMAIRY H-LINK Adapter, individual spaces covered by an Hitachi light commercial split system can be connected to the same control system as a neighbouring Hitachi VRF system, enabling seamless operation of separate Hitachi HVAC systems. Useful in scenarios where there is a separate building or space on the same site as another Hitachi VRF-equipped space.
